I need your help for my stroke treatment.

Hello, I am Miriam Granda Marcos' niece,  the person who is in need of this great help, Marcos is a very friendly, respectful and very cheerful Sr. Marcos is a very friendly, respectful and very cheerful, he has no wife or children, he has always lived alone, currently he lives with me because my dad died of terminal cancer a few months ago   He needs very expensive treatments to be cured, but unfortunately I do not have the money to continue with his treatments, I am alone and everything we had we invested a few months ago in my father's cancer disease and I do not want to lose the only person who has taken care of me these months, I need that amount to start Marcos' treatments which are URGENT! Because if I don't give him his treatments as soon as possible he could become a vegetable, all the help given will be only for Marcos' treatments, he is currently vomiting a lot, his head hurts too much, he can't see, talk or walk, he needs help urgently! Please help me not to lose the only person left in my family.
