This year I have thought about creating a fundraising campaign several times since burglars broke into my house twice in just months. Almost $ 2,000 USD worth of products was stolen!

For those of us who are musicians, artists or anyone who uses their technological tools as a basis to generate income, you know how much it hurts to suffer theft of this type. This happened between April and July of this year at my old home in Jaco, causing a huge financial hole in my finances. Of course I had to reinvest my savings in new equipment in order to continue working as a DJ. When this happened, I wiped away my tears and moved on.

Now things are different, not even considering that we are in "quarantine" and the places where I worked as a DJ are paying me 60% less than what they paid me before the pandemic But as I was saying, this time , this is not the main reason I seek your help.

The situation is that I need to revisit my home country, Chile, for Christmas, which I have not been able to visit in many years. My two grandmothers are in a very delicate state of health at the moment. For many months, every day I have been looking for tickets to Chile to visit them, since every morning I wake up with the fear of not knowing if I will hug them again.

My paternal grandmother, Rosy, has been battling breast cancer this year and has had 8 months of intense chemotherapy treatment and an operation last week in which she finally had her right breast completely removed. Thanks to all our prayers, the good work of the doctors and the essential company of my family, she is recovering from a disease that kills hundreds of thousands of people every year.

This special grandmother of mine, Pita, has a disease called amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

While my maternal grandmother Pita who is more of my mentor, friend, and spiritual guide to me, she is in even worse health than the other. She was a tarot reader her entire life, teaching me energy work, metaphysics, and universal spirituality since she was very young. I am calm because I know that she is a warrior of light and that I inherited all the magical wisdom from her, also becoming a warrior in the astral plane. However, sadly, her health is not as optimistic as that of my grandmother Rosy.

This special grandmother of mine, Pita, is actually called María Isabel Vial (like all the women in my family, María), and she is only 69 years old. She has a disease called amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). It is a rare and progressive degenerative condition characterized by the gradual loss of motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord, and there is still no cure. In the case of my grandmother, it began to develop from the neurons of the throat, so in a short period of 7 months, she went from being my healthy and jovial grandmother, to an unrecognizable old woman without the ability to speak or to eat.

I would very much like to visit them and hug them. Help me fly home to Chile.

In recent months, every time I talk to my mother on camera, I can see that the brightness in her eyes is disappearing because she can no longer talk to her mother and I would very much like to go visit her and be able to hug her and spend a few months in your company to convey my support at this time.

This is my current situation and the reasons why today with all the humility of my heart I ask for financial help. Each donation will be used to buy my ticket to Chile ($ 700), plus the PCR tests ($ 150) that I require to leave Costa Rica and enter Chile, plus expenses related to quarantine.
