I am Elfina Acdog Verano, currently living in Calamba City, Laguna. I made this letter about my son John Eric Verano, he is 22 years old. This is not an easy letter for me, but I know someone might be sending help.
My son is undergoing hemodialysis for his kidney failure
I am raising a fund for my son for he is undergoing hemodialysis for his kidney failure. Last February 2020, he was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Stage 5 at SPMC Davao City, and now he was transferred to Calamba Medical Center in Calamba City, Laguna, to continue the treatment.
The only hope for my son’s recovery is to undergo a kidney transplant, but unfortunately, we cannot afford the amount of the expenses for the operations, so we are hoping you could extend your blessing to us. Any amount will be a great help, if you wish not to, we understand.
