Accident at sea and surprise pregnancy

In search of opportunities, my boyfriend and I set sail for Mexico on a 30ft sailboat; because in Panama, where we worked on tourist sailboats, everything had been closed for a year due to the pandemic, and our savings were about to be extinguished. 

During the navigation we had strong and constant winds and on the fifth night, Plup! The mast fell down! We spent hours trying to alleviate the situation and recover the mast, but it was too heavy, so we had no choice but to drop it and let it sink at 4,000 meters depth. 

We then had no choice but to let nature take over, a makeshift mast and a sail made from the mattress lining. We drifted for a couple of weeks, the waves and ocean currents carried us towards Guatemala. 

We finally arrived in Livingston on March 3, 2021; we were happy to be alive and set foot on land. Furthermore, we rested for a week from the extreme exertions of sailing, however, I was still feeling quite unwell, I went to the doctor and tested positive for pregnancy - I was pregnant during the crossing! Now we are worried because the boat is not seaworthy, and we have no money to return to Colombia. My family has no resources to help me other than to take me home and give me good food. It is also very important to include me in the health service in Colombia and start following up on the pregnancy since I fear that due to the extreme efforts there may be some irregularity, and here in Guatemala I would have to do the tests and treatments in a private clinic and the economy does not reach us.

I would be infinitely grateful if you help me to return to my country and thus be able to give the necessary attention to this gift from the universe, my baby.
