Chronic Kidney Disease Financial Assistance

Hello there!

I hope you're doing well. My name is Renz Clark Peguerra, I'm writing on behalf of my father. His name is Terence M. Peguerra. He is diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 (last stage) last 2019. We live in Cavite, Philippines.

We are currently struggling and still working hard to support his financial needs for the dialysis sessions to survive and stay healthy.

He recently lost his job last March due to a pandemic, making it more difficult to support his dialysis needs. He is required to take dialysis sessions 2-3 times a week averaging 1,300 to 2,000 pesos per session.

On top of the dialysis, he is also taking his medicine to maintain the following:

Cholesterol

Hemoglobin

Phosphorus
