HELP ME HAVE A BILATERAL TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERY

Hello,

I am Teodora Tongko, a resident of Quezon City in the Philippines, 79 years old, with a pair of arthritic knees. More than five years ago, I started feeling pain in my knees while walking. In early 2019, my knees worsened. I could feel pain even when I am not moving.

My doctor, an orthopedic surgeon, advised total knee replacement surgery for both knees. He told me that the knee implants alone would cost $3,000 each. That was a year ago. I can't have the surgery because I do not have the money for the implants, the professional fee for the procedure, hospitalization and post-operation therapy. Ten thousand dollars all in all, six thousand for the implants and four thousand for the professional fees and hospitalization.

I am appealing to your kind and benevolent hearts for financial aid so I can have the procedure and be relieved of the pain in my knees. If I will be able to raise funds (even for just 1 knee) I plan to have the surgery in September of this year. Thank you in advance for your help
