Medical check-ups/possible laboratories may need & treatment

Hello my name is Mary 29years old a mother of three kids, one girl 6years old, boy 3years old and my 8months baby boy, and we are residing at Cebu Philipines.

Year 2019 month of november, my son had a succesfull open heart surgery with the help of a non-profit organization, later after the surgery he admitted twice at the hospital and diagnoses is Accute Gastroenteritis with Moderate Dehydration. After his been admitted we always check his food intake because he has a very sensitive stomach that can lead into diarrhea. But the pandemic came and all of us lost our jobs and can no longer provide the needs of our family and we can't afford to get him into the hospital to find rapid medication for his health condition. Supposedly we had a scheduled check-up with his cardio doctor last May 2020 to have a follow-up check-up and to undergo a 2d-echo and some laboratories required and that is twice a year, but because of lack of financial ability we never had a chance to meet his cardio doctor for follow-up echo lab test until now. He is 3years old now and i can see that my son is not the same like any normal kids or i can say that he had a problem with his development and he is petite or skinny today. As a mom i am really worried about his condition. And i am fighting deppressions by having a health issues and financial crisis. I also had suffer a chronic epigastric pain and really wanted to seek doctors help.
