Help me to pass serious surgery of intestinal transplant :(

I am a 32 year-old young lady from Palestine suffering from “Crohn’s disease”. When I was 10 years old, started to feel so exhausted and when I visit a doctor for 7 years and no one could diagnose the disease, but when I passed an Appendix surgery, my health situation got worse, later after that, doctors managed to realize that I suffer from Crohn’s disease.

My case was too late to handle, in 2007 I had to pass a surgery of removing part of the large and small intestine, the situation got stabled for 6 months due to the medicine and the biological treatment, then doctors stopped the treatment when I got better, but that was a very tragic decision.

In 2020 I was in a visit to Egypt, there suddenly I felt very sick and went to the doctor who tested some X rays, that lead to surgical intervention, and remove another part of the intestine, and then another surgery to remove bigger part of the intestine, then doctors discovered a gangrene in the duodenum, the function of this part is absorption of food, the surgery took place in April. After this surgery, I am suffering from chronic diarrhea, Hemoglobin is 6% and immunity is 2%. The doctor said that only 30 cm left from intestine, therefore I need intensive care and biological treatment, which means I need to get injected with Humira for 2 years, each 2 doses coast about 1300$. The first injection will contain 4 doses, 2 weeks later 2 doses, 2 weeks later 1 dose that lasts for 2 years at least 1 dose each 2 weeks, also I need medicine to improve immunity, Vitamins and food supplements.

Due to the serious shortening of intestine, I need to pass another serious surgery of intestinal transplant which coast in USA 500,000$ the doctor to conduct the surgery is Prof. Kareem Abu Al-Majd.
