FUND RAISING FOR A CAUSE - Daphne’s Hope of Tomorrow.

Through this fundraising project, let us sharing Daphne’s 43 days fight of Hyperinsulinism for a cause and awareness.

Daphne’s Hyperinsulinism is the first case in Cebu (Philippines).

Hyperinsulinism is a rare condition and has not been well acknowledged in our country. And due to the severity, Daphne may need a long term treatment.

Her prime medicine maintenance, Diazoxide can only be found outside the country and costs around P20,000-P30,000. Our funds have been exhausted since she is admitted to ICU for 30 days. We have asked for help in some government agencies already and even politicians, but sadly still not enough for the hospital bills. Our little warrior has been fighting this battle the moment she was born. 30 days at ICU, still at the hospital up to present at her 43rd day. Her firsts and our firsts as a parent were mostly experienced at the hospital.First smile, first giggle, first grasp of hand and most heartbreaking thing her 1st Month Birthday.

PS: She may look fat and older for her age, that's some of the side effects of her medication
