We are a charitable foundation "New World Odessa", which supports children of the Odessa region (Ukraine) with congenital heart defects.

Every year more than 1200 children are treated in intensive care units (intensive care units). All these patients require frequent and rapid monitoring of laboratory parameters, which are provided with expensive equipment and proper skill of the staff of the clinical laboratory department. One of the important laboratory studies is the determination of blood gas composition and acid-base balance. Any change in the acid-base ratio can lead to undesirable consequences. It is important to understand that blood is a fairly good indicator by which you can find out about the state of tissues in which structural or functional disorders have arisen. This analysis is especially relevant for patients undergoing mechanical ventilation, as well as for patients with microcirculation disorders. Using the analyzer in the ICU, this examination is carried out in just a few seconds, which is extremely important at the time of examining the child's condition.

Our goal is to purchase a quarterly supply of consumables to ensure the continuous operation of the clinical laboratory. With just one reagent box, approximately 90 analyzes can be performed within 30 days, after which the reagent box must be replaced. And so month after month ...

The implementation of the project will save more than a dozen small lives of the Odessa region.
