I am Leah Abelong from Gubat, Sorsogon, praying and sincerely asking for your help.
My cousin Rebecca Sambajon, 25 years old, is currently fighting for her life. Both of her kidneys no longer function, and she has an enlarged heart, pneumonia, and pulmonary edema. Her family is currently struggling to support her hospital expenses.
She's in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for 3 days already as she needs a ventilator to breathe. Yesterday, 2 liters of lung fluid were removed from her lungs. My cousin is still conscious but in a very weak state. The doctor advised us that she may need a kidney transplant to survive.
We are asking for your help to extend the life of my dear cousin. Even a single cent counts and is very much appreciated. All proceeds of this campaign will be given to her.
