Fundraising for a Dialysis Patient

Hello everyone,

I am Sherelyn Guilamo from Taguig City Philippines,am a single mother with three children to raise.

Eight months ago, I was diagnosed with Acute Kidney Injury on top of probable Chronic Kidney Disease on hemodialysis. My maintenance on dialysis is twice a week. I have fallen on some hard times and found myself short on cash for my medicine and treatment.

It seems like the pandemic are difficult for everyone including us. I know this may seem like a lot to ask for someone's assistance, but we really don’t have any options.
