My name is Maribel Moreira I live in Guayaquil Ecuador.
I want to help my son, he is 14 years old, he has breathing problems, he has to undergo reconstructive surgery in which it would help him improve his breathing. He has eating problems. He has a syndrome called Golden heart.
Now he has to undergo surgery to remove some mandibular distractors in which it costs me a lot of money, it is necessary to remove.
But because he has already been 3 years since they were put on and we have not been able to remove them due to our economic situation, he needs to breathe better.
