WAITING PATIENTS OFTEN DRENCHED IN RAIN!

Hello everyone,

I am a staff of Haske Dominican hospital in Dabai, Zuru, Kebbi state Nigeria. We opened in December 2019 to support the wide range of medical needs of more than 165,000 people in the local area. We have repaired this leaking roof several times but all locally sourced repairs have proved abortive as the leaking has increased to an unbearable state with the strong winds and rains.

In this rainy season, our patients are unable to sit while waiting to be attended to because the waiting area becomes full of water from all angles at the start of rain. This greatly hampers the workflow in the hospital and causes distress to our patients.

Please help us fix our leaking roof!

With your support (no matter how small), we will be able to contract professional roofing providers from Lagos Nigeria who would change the entire aluminum zinc frame of the waiting area and use polycarbonate sheets to enhance lighting during the day and provide shade from the rain and sunshine for the comfort and wellbeing of our waiting patients. These are expensive for us to handle alone. Please help us fix our leaking roof!
