Identity VerifiedHello, I am Julio Martinez, my family and I, are Salvadorian, but we have been living for 4 years in Nicaragua. (My wife Xiomara, Giselle and Julio Jr.) We need to travel to El Salvador to be able to get vaccinated against Covid19, currently, in Nicaragua the vaccination is very slow, we are still months away to be considered for a vaccine and the number of infections continues to grow every day.
In contrast, in El Salvador we could be vaccinated immediately; the problem is that to leave Nicaragua, it is necessary to perform the Covid tests for each member of the family and that has a cost of US$600 (US$ 150 for each one) then, when returning to Nicaragua we must also present other negative tests for Covid, which means another US$600 (To re-enter Nicaragua, even if you already have the vaccine against Covid19, they still require the tests with negative results) in addition to these US$1200, all travel expenses are added.
We really do not have that amount of money to make this trip and to be able to get vaccinated in El Salvador, we are very anguished to see how every day is greater the probability of getting infected even though we take all possible security measures .... that is why I ask for your help to be able to make this trip and as a family to have a little hope and protection in this difficult time of pandemic.
