His name is Ivan Dante Retobis live in Victorias city negros occidental.
He is PWD with gitelman syndrome. Since February, he's been in and out from hospital fighting for his life.
His mother, a sidewalk vendor, is the only one helping him. He need help for his medication, doctors fee for check up and his nutrition. His aunt and grandmother look after him while his mother is in metro Manila working to support him. She even cannot afford to go home to take care of his son.
This patient needs around $500 a month to sustain his life. He needs this fund soon as possible before October if possible. He was discharge from hospital 3 days ago.
Collected funds will go to his daily maintenance, check up, and his nutrition, etc.
