Help me to breathe!

Hi I'm nastya! I am 20 years old. I am from the small town of Nikolaev in Ukraine. I have a congenital genetic incurable disease Cystic fibrosis. because of it, the lungs become clogged with thick phlegm, which does not come out and causes inflammation. But besides him, I still have many other diseases: diabetes mellitus, cirrhosis of the liver, pulmonary hypertension, cirrhosis of the left lung, bullous emphysema of the lungs. For three years now I have been using an oxygen concentrator, without it it is very difficult for me to breathe. I need constant treatment. And 3 times a year I need to undergo treatment with expensive antibiotics, such as Meronem, Colomycin, Tobramycin. We do not have health insurance in our country and all costs are borne by the parents. My family lives on my father's salary, which is barely enough for a living, not to mention treatment. My mother cannot work, she constantly cares for me. Now I have a severe exacerbation of the disease, every day I lie with a high fever and shortness of breath. Computed tomography of the lungs showed that I have only one lung functioning, and the second is in a very poor condition. For effective treatment, I need to go to the capital as soon as possible. There I will undergo a course of treatment and receive a conclusion that I need a lung transplant. I would be grateful for any of your contribution and help.
