Please, help me pay for my medical treatment for my illness

Good afternoon, my name is Cyntia, I'm 42 years old and I live in Brazil, (São Paulo), for over 1 year, I've been feeling severe abdominal pain, and my belly is increasingly distended, swollen, I went to several hospitals and had several exams, and they didn't find anything, and I got worse, and last November I had an appendectomy surgery, and since then my abdomen hasn't deflated anymore, I had numerous exams, where they found this disease in my intestine, and the treatment is very expensive , medicines and exams, we are not able to afford the expenses, we are trying to get it from the public, (SUS), I do not have a medical insurance, nor how to pay one, through public care, it is very time-consuming, and therefore, I ask for your help, as I feel strong daily pains, and I cannot go without the medications to alleviate the symptoms, and not run the risk of worsening my health. Due to illness, I cannot work, and I also have a problem in the uterus, an abdominal diastasis and an umbilical hernia.
