To my son needs a pacemaker and kidney transplant

Hi everyone,

My name is Sheila Manalili. My son name is Juan Miguel Morales, our family calls him JM.

The reason why I’m writing this because, well of my son, right now he is 10 years old, born June 2, 2011. He is a very quite,s oft spoken, very humble child, as a kid never talks back. He likes the normal things growing up. He’s very energetic, likes to play outside goes to school, play with he’s friends and 3 cousins almost his age.

He was healthy, then his father decided he would go a different path to his life so he left me and JM. I’m a single mother. Well years would go by, everything was normal with JM. Then he turned 7 years old that’s when things changed for us. Then JM started feeling sick. He wasn’t the same. He would vomit, get tired fast. So I noticed the difference he wasn’t like himself before, we thought it was just growing pains, normal. So then I decided to go to a doctor hospital to ask what was wrong with my son so they would run some medical test on him then we come to find that he would has a (CKD) chronic kidney disease stage 5.??
