A chance for my 2nd life for my kidney transplant

A bless day to all of us,

I'm Edison Lastimosa Hernandez, I have a VERY STRONG DESIRE to raise fund to have my 2nd life for my kidney transplant which I cannot imagine will happen to me and until now shocks me.

On the fast few months I always ask GOD why it happens to me? Those questions bothered me a lot. WHY ME??? I'm not a fun of drinking alcohol even smoking neither a drug addict. Im a simple person and dream for a simple and happy life. Day by day I realized God created the cycle of life sometimes your on top of it and sometimes you found yourself at the bottom part than you ever think. But now, I found the answer that God wanted me to be stronger and he's always be on my side, just need to fix myself, move forward, LEARN from previous mistakes, FIGHT for the beautiful life and WIN the battle.

I'm 36 years old married, a proud father of a promising valedictorian who's now 8 years old lady and adorable 11 months old son. We are currently residing at my father's house in San Luis, Batangas. Previous to what happen, I'm the breadwinner of the family, my wife is taking care the family and attending the needs our children. I'm proudly a product of Jollibee Food Corporation for 17 years both as crew and manager which help mold my character and be a better person but as pandemic hits the world, we are affected and resulted to parting ways and ends my journey with my first love jollibee and only employer and was retreched last August 2020.

I try to get back on track looking for a job opening but notice something is wrong inside my body as I experience vomitting, back pain and lost my appetite and that start of my nightmare as I encounter kidney problem which makes me weaker and unable to work and provide for my family.

I know in this time of pandemic everybody needs financial, mental and spiritual support. My family, friends and colleagues I am humbly knocking in your good heart to please help me raise some money for my kidney transplant to save my life. I won't give you anything in return, but I will pray to God for your safety and continous blessing and rest assure that I will do my very best to take care of a possible fresh and new life. Me and my family will treasure it forever. I know God will help me in this fight, I know I got the two most improtant weapon to win this fight first, I have a STRONG FAITH IN GOD and A FAMILY THAT PRAY AND SUPPORT ME no matter what.

I suffered from hypertension when I was 30 and up to now that causes my kidney to function normally. Last March 2021 I was admitted at Mary Mediatrics and my createnine increase up to 2100 which is way too far from normal counts. Due to my illness I used all my savings, I cannot also apply for work because my body is a lot weaker. I'm so thankful for my family for helping and supporting me on my dialysis, medications and our daily expenses. I'm now suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease stage 5 secondary to hypertension and need to undergo kidney transplant as soon as possible. The laboratory, hospitalization/operation and medications cost as around 2M and the sad reality is that our family and love ones cannot pay for it alone. The worst part is that transplant cannot wait for too long to avoid any complication.

Im undergoing hemodialysis at Global Renal Care at Lemery Batangas. In humbly asking for any amount for the transplant to save me.

As a person and as a father I have a lot of dreams and aspirations on my family. I worked hard and sacrifice for them especially on my children to give them the best education, good health and a good life as much a I can. It really hurts when I cannot provide them what they need and see them suffer. Thank you everyone who keeps on helping and praying for me and my family.
