A heavy rain caused many floods in Penang and Penang. Among them, the residential area under the Nibong Tebal Train Bridge to the elevated area faced the worst disaster in history. The floodwater reached up to 2 feet into the house. The disaster relief unit dispatched boats and stretchers to assist in the evacuation. Those with inconvenience go to the disaster relief center. The funds raised from the current fundraising will provide materials and food for families affected by the flood.
