Please help me become a mother. I can not have children

My name is Yarina Zhukova, I live in Ukraine. For eight years now I have been fighting infertility. Behind his shoulders are laparoscopic and hysteroscopic operations, metrosalpingographic procedures. A huge number of all kinds of monthly analyzes, procedures, medications, years of desperate hope and huge disappointments every month. A huge number of doctors have been completed, unfortunately, I was not lucky with a competent specialist at the very beginning. Most follow a specific treatment protocol and rarely have anyone tried to get to the root cause of the problem. As a result, the most valuable resource, time, was lost. It took five years to make the final diagnosis. I have complete obstruction of the fallopian tubes. I was told that I can only get pregnant with IVF. In March 2020. my husband and I decided on the IVF procedure, having invested all our savings in it. Unfortunately, such a desired pregnancy never came. The second procedure, which costs $ 3000, is simply too expensive for us, and I don’t have much time to save this money. I am already 34, if I do not repeat IVF within a year, then perhaps I will never be able to do this (sad situation with hormones). I just don't have enough hormones to form several follicles in my body. Then only the donor program, and this doubles the cost of the procedure, which is all the more unaffordable for me. Therefore, I ask all caring people for help, I simply have no other options to overcome this problem (loans, for IVF have not yet been invented). After all, nothing will fill the void inside a woman who desperately wants to become a mother and cannot do it. I would be grateful for any help.
