My sister, Ma. Rosella Saguiped ,43 y/o, a widow with four kids has been in and out of the hospital for the last 3 months. On Nov 5, she was confined and diagnosed with anoxic encephalopathy secondary to cardiopulmonary arrest, pneumonia and myeloproliferative disorder.
