Baking without an oven!

On a walking trail or at home....Can you smell the fresh baking bread carried on a slight breeze? See the steaming muffins in your home? Are you icing that birthday cake that you created from scratch? No? You do not have an oven ....? No problem! Follow me as I take you through the magical journey of baking when you do not have a working oven. In Africa not having electricity or only having access to a stoveplate, is nothing new. Whether it is on a candle or a stovetop, learn about simple ingredients turned into deliciousness when there is no oven available -- at home or in the bush! I am Catharina (also known as the Cake n Bake lady) and and I am a trained home economist and food scientist with a passion for recipes and formulations -- simple, easy and satisfying without mountains of dishes to wash. I have been asked so many times to write and compile this 'how to' digital book, putting everything about baking without a traditional oven, together. I have started to do so, but have run out of money. I have written 'learn as you read' ebooks before and know it takes time and dedication to complete successfully. I therefore ask for your help.
