I'm Lindela Zwelinjani from Nqamakwe district, Eastern Cape - South Africa. This community has a population of +- 10000 people. I'm raising fund to buy my community an Ambulance.
If you are waiting for an ambulance in my community, it probably takes almost 8 to 10 hours of waiting. It becomes worse when it's raining and sometimes it never comes at all.
Our people end up hiring a bakkie which is not safe, especially for the seriously injured, pregnant women and very sick people to be at the back of the bakkie. Our people die waiting for an ambulance due to delayed or no medical assistance.
We realy realy need our own Emergency Medical Response. Our government has failed us multiple times. Please donate to this project to uplift the health standard of our community
