My name is Melissa Ochoa and I´m from Medellin, Colombia. Currently, my cat Rommi, who´s 13 years old and with whom I have been half my life with, is suffering from a disease called "chronic gingivostomatitis" for which he has been under treatment since January 1, with antibiotics, anti-inflammatories and analgesics, but while they have helped him a lot, it is also necessary to perform surgery (a priority radical extraction) that costs around 800,000 COP ($200 USD) and therefore, the money collected here, will be used for the surgery and the aftercare, including hospitalization and medicine (400,000 COP = $100 USD).
Currently, I am unemployed and for me and my family, it is impossible to cover the costs for the treatment and the surgery. If you want to help Rommi to have a better quality of life, we will be very grateful.
