I live in Venezuela, a country with incalculable political and economic crisis. I am Luis Alvarez, a university professional, am facing with my family the possibility of eviction from the house where I currently live due to the impoverishment of wages and salaries and the hyperinflation that they live, not being able to pay rent. The situation in that country is easily verifiable in all the media and international aid organizations; and with multiple news of massive emigration, and very discouraging social and health indicators, projecting years for their full recovery.

After being a COVID19 patient, I have managed to recover, with lungs weakened, but that has further reduced my chances of supporting my family of 5 people: my elderly mother with reduced mobility due to age, wife, and two children: Angela and Isaac. With the immediate payment of debts and rent, a period is guaranteed for this family, and the project of acquiring or building their own house is proposed later, in this way to gain stability and project a better future, being this transformative path of reality. With this idea in mind, to work and dedicate all efforts to its own and permanent good, explorations have been made of areas and lands surrounding the city where enough space for construction could be acquired, with this idea options will be sought for an accessible price in the market, the land would be purchased and its prior adaptation, the process of purchasing materials and supplies for the construction of the right home for this family of 5 people would begin immediately.

Vivo en Venezuela, un país con una crisis incalculable en lo político y en lo económico. Con esta idea en mente, de trabajar y dedicar todos los esfuerzos aun bien propio y permanente, Se han hecho exploraciones de zonas y terrenos aledaños a la ciudad donde se podría adquirir el espacio suficiente para la construcción, con esta idea se buscaran opciones a un precio accesible en el mercado, se procedería a la compra del terreno y su adecuación previa, se empezaría inmediatamente el proceso de compra de materiales e insumos para la construcción del hogar adecuado para esta familia de 5 personas.
