In Guatemala, as in any other country, education is a right and a transversal axis for development, however, this right has been violated due to the lack of interest of the government, the aid is not enough or simply not it reaches where it is most needed.
That is why Fundación MEME has started a campaign to raise school funds in order to contribute with the purchase and delivery of supplies to children with limited resources in rural areas of 12 communities in the municipalities of La Gomera and Sipacate from the department of Escuintla, Guatemala. We are a non-profit NGO that is committed to personal, family and community development, generating and implementing projects that respond to the needs to improve the quality of life of the Guatemalan population.
