I want to buy land and build a hostel for our organization

Hello everyone,

I am looking for funds to assist our community rescue center by the name trans-nzoia dorcus deed network that host children and adolescents who are living with HIV and AIDS, Gender based violated and orphans and the vulnerable in the society. We operate in trans-nzoia and Kakamega counties in western Kenya.

We have been renting a residential for more than 5y ears and paying a lot of money for rent through well wishers and since the covid 19 pandemic, we hardly get support and it has been hard for us and in debts and we sat down as board members and the community and thought we can only solve this by buying our own farm build and this will solve the issue and more because we will no longer pay rent and our farm will serve us for the purpose of farming, rearing animals and poultry for food for our rescued children.

If we can get this by end of March this year, we will start off because the farm that wants to be sold to us is not far from where we operate.

We will appreciate to get the fundings and come together as a community and get a lawyer to witness buying the land and get a tittle deed.
