Raise Money for Eesa's Cerebral Palsy's Surgery

I am Suraya, Mother of Eesa Eksteen. Eesa was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at 9 months of age. He is 8 years old and cannot walk, stand and as it is difficult for him to do daily routine, like going to the toilet on his own.

Eesa needs to undergo 3 separate surgical procedures.

1. Right ankle and foot

2. Left ankle and foot

3. Right and left hip and knees

I’ve been attending Baragwanath hospital for Eesa for about 4 years. Operations have been delayed / postponed 4 times. I then decided to go for a second opinion at a private doctor. After seeing 2 private orthopedics surgeons of which both advised that Baragwanath was going do the wrong operations, as Eesa cannot undergo all three procedures (feet, hip and knees) at once. As these procedures Eesa has to undergo is costly.

My husband is the sole provider and does not earn much. I am unemployed as I have to help Eesa with his daily routine. I receive a Sassa grant for 3 of my kids. We hence trying to get help through sponsors and organizations that may able to help assist us with raising funds for Eesa operations. This will be a life-changing operation for Eesa to have a more comfortable lifestyle and a promising future.
