A Fund for Walk.

Hello, my name is Ahriel Lebaquin, 30 years of age Person With Disability due to Potts disease 5 years ago at the height of my work.

I'm from the Philippines and I live in the City of Caloocan, Metro Manila, asking for help.

I'm here to raise a fund to support my needs especially in medical and therapy session. I've almost 5 years disabled to walk, no work due to lack of financial and medical assistance. My family doesn’t have enough capabilities to sustain/give my needs due to life difficulty. I've tried to work online but it doesn't fit in my condition and that is the reason why I tried to raise a fund to help myself.

To start, I need a fund will atleast $500 per month but I'm not sure, if this is enough to cover up my whole journey of treatment.

I need it as soon as posible because 5 years are to late. My first plan is to ensure my basic needs for my body wellness condition like eating healthy foods, having a relaxing massage without stressing myself from other things before I went to the Doctor to start the treatments.

I hope you can help me, I am still young and can do many more good things. I see myself differently abled and I have already achieved a lot during the process. All of that I've said are true and sincere.
