Help for new hearing aids

My name is Katherine Herrera, I'm 25 years old, I'm from Colombia and I've had bilateral hearing loss since I was 6 years old. (Bilateral hearing loss is a hearing pathology that occurs in both ears. This problem causes a loss of hearing capacity that undoubtedly affects the development and communication of those who suffer from it).

The reason for this fundraising is because since I was a child I had hearing aids from a company called Oticon and they changed my hearing aids every 4 years, until last year. Last year they said they couldn't change my hearing aids and indeed each hearing aid deteriorated little by little and I couldn't hear well, I looked for a new company where I could fix or change them and I found one called Widex to be able to improve the quality of the hearing aids and achieve 100% listening.

When I delivered these hearing aids to that company so that they could verify what damage they had, they returned them to me more damaged than they were and I did not hear anything with them, when making the claim the only thing they told me was that I had to change them because they no longer they were useless and that they could no longer be fixed; when I delivered them I heard at least 60% and after having delivered them there I heard 10%.

I want to buy some new hearing aids and that is why I need your help to be able to hear well, and to have good quality ones so that I can return to my daily work and have 100% listening as soon as possible.
