KIMEX manufactures stainless steel tanks in Brazil. This little Queijomatic was developed in partnership with Dr. Junio from the Instituto de Laticínios Cândido Tostes (EPAMIG), in the city of Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais. It is a semi-automatic machine for making cheese in small volumes (from 50 to 500 liters). The equipment stirs the milk and cuts the mass, without the need for a long time of physical effort on the part of the producer. The cheese mass is removed from the machine straight into the molds.
The objective is to help small producers to be more profitable, saving time and labor in the manufacture of cheeses.
We need funds, to develop a better structure and its complete automation.
