I'm Luis Fernandez, I'm from Delicias Chihuahua Mexico. The reason for this is because my wife was recently diagnosed with cancer in the womb... I have just finished her chemotherapy and radiation and now she is undergoing surgery to remove the womb.
Here where we are from they charge us 90 thousand pesos and unfortunately we no longer have anything to hold on to. I would really appreciate any help, thank you very much for your time. God bless you.
