Want provide necessities to indigenous who suffered a flood

Hi,

My name is Andrea Grillo. I live in Cotacachi, Ecuador, and I like help indigenous communities. In this occasion Im helping my friend Tany Montahuano, who is from the Sapara Indigenous Nation in Ecuador. Their family and friends from the Tikirika Suraka community, Parroquia Rio Tigre, located near the border with Peru in the Ecuadorian Amazon, has suffered a serious flood due to the overflow of the Conambo River, which has washed away all the crops and has flooded the houses and schools of its inhabitants.

To reach the community there are two ways; by canoe and on foot, which takes 2 weeks, or by plane, which takes 1 hour. It has a cost of 450 dollars for 3 passengers.

This is why they are in urgent need of food, since their cassava and corn crops have been lost, as well as blankets and clothing. So we are looking to raise 1000 dollars. The funds we raise will be used to buy food, blankets and pay the plane.

The community is urgently needed to receive aid as they have been in this situation for several days. So, the maximum date to raise the money is June 28, 2022.
