My name is Juan Pablo, I am 19 years old, and I am from Tlaxcala, Mexico. My native state, Tlaxcala, is one of the least developed regions of my country and with multiple social problems.

The reason why I am writing to you is because I need to get a Mexican Passport to be able to go to Qatar since I got a scholarship at the University of Northwestern Campus Qatar, which has one of the best media programs in the world. . Studying the media came to my mind because during my high school I studied, researched, documented, and interviewed victims of the system, on social issues such as the violation of labor rights in the textile industry in the Valley of Mexico or the violation of Human Rights. Humans of the members of the Migrant Caravan from Central America between 2019 and 2020.

Thanks to some savings I got working part-time and the almost full scholarship I got from the university and the Qatar Foundation, I can afford to study at this university, with which I have the reason to learn from its prestigious program to document and make visible the human rights crises worldwide in the future.

Unfortunately, I am short of money and the only thing I need is to get my passport, my deadline is July 19, because otherwise I doubt I will be able to achieve my dream of being a foreign exchange agent. . Due to the situation, it is impossible for me to find a job in time to help me raise that remaining fund, which is why I ask for the help of all of you. With the 200 dollars I will pay the fee for a 10 year passport which costs 180 dollars, and the remaining 20 dollars I will use for transportation.
