Help me stop the progress of my Cystic Fibrosis!!

Hello !

I am Mariana Araceli Proa Rivera, I am 21 years old, I am a lover of music, the sea and sunsets.

I live in Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico and since I was born I have been diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis, a chronic Degenerative Genetic disease that affects mainly lungs, pancreas and digestive system.

Cystic Fibrosis has advanced quite a bit, leaving me in a very delicate situation with only 15% lung function and a multi-resistant Pseudomonas infection

I have always been under medical treatment, nebulizations, studies, physiotherapy, antibiotics, pancreatic enzymes, insulin and others.

And although breathing has always been a challenge that grows day by day, my warrior spirit it also grows.

Unfortunately, despite this treatment, CF has advanced quite a bit, leaving me in a very delicate situation with only 15% lung function and a multi-resistant Pseudomonas infection.

That is why I require oxygen 24 hours a day and a bipap machine at night.

Fortunately, there is a medication that can help me slow down the progression of my disease and improve my quality of life!!!

This treatment is a Genetic Modulator that corrects the CF defect, unfortunately it is a very expensive drug and not found in Mexico.

I love life very much and I am excited to be able to recover my health, so today I ask for your support to access this treatment and thus be able to breathe a little better.
