My name is Ariel Galang and I am from the Philippines.
I created this project to raise funds so my in-laws house wouldn't be forfeited as it is mortgaged in an institution.
The property was mortgage in a bank and it me and my wife suggested to loan it in an institution (Pagibig) with the government so we can pay the bank. My in-laws agreed and it was loaned at the price of Php750,000 less the Php250,000 that was paid to the bank. The loan term was 25 years. There was a time when I resigned so I didn't have any income for 10 months. With that, I was not able to pay the mortgage so the institution is asking us to pay the amount of Php250,000. I applied for a restructure of the loan and still waiting for the results.
We are hoping that with this project we are able to raise the funds we need so we would not lose my in-laws house.
