To Hire Legal Firm To Regain Custody Of Child

Hi everyone.

My name is Fadzil and I am 58-year-old. I am from Malaysia.

I am in dire need for funds to hire a lawyer to secure for my 14 year old child's custody back.

Before this, I've went to the Court and had been granted for my daughter to live with me and meet her mother once in a while, WHENEVER she wants.

However for the past 3 months, after she went with her mother for Raya celebrations, I cannot get in contact with either of them; my daughter and my ex-wife as it seems they have blocked me on all forms of communications.

I decided to go to court again to really finalize the verdict so if anything like this were to happen again I can properly hold them accountable. there is a provision in the court of law for Pengkomitan (Commitance).

The reason for my discontent of my daughter living with her mother is that they cannot care for her well being. As has happened before this, 2 of my ex-wife's children, both had children out of wedlock (illegitimates) at the age of 16 and 17 respectively . If one incident I might call it misadventure but twice in a row is just ridiculous due to her incompetence.

I do not want my daughter to go through the same path as they did. And moreover they are not economically stable.
