Good Day Everyone!

Let me first start by introducing my self my name is Adelfa Brillantes or "Jelic" for short it is my U nick name. I am 48years old, I am the eldest among my 3 siblings, I am married my husband work overseas as a florist and also I am mother of 3 children they are all studying my two sons is in college, my youngest daughter is in senior high school. 

The house were we lived is still in mortgage a 36sqm raw house (as you can see in the photo) located in a small subdivision here in San Mateo, Rizal Philippines. 

I am unemployed since January 2020 before the covid19 pandemic outbreak "just a little back story" I decided to quit my Job because I need to take good care of my ill father that time he is already bed ridden due to his stroke 4years ago, unfortunately on February 15, 2021 4days before his birthday he passed away that lead me to a worst situation (financially) but with the help/donations of every body in our family my siblings, relatives, friends and nieghbors we managed to settle some of our financial obligations with his funeral expenses. 

Me and my sibblings decided to sell the remaining land property of my father in the province our hiers but my aunt and uncle want to have a share out of 900sqm we got only 500sqm share we sold it deduct the remaining debt and then devide into 4 equal shares each of us got 50k.. It is not even enough to pay my mortgage.. so what I did is Part of my shares, I invested to buy a Bicycle Food Cart a small business, I sell all kinds street foods inside our subdivision, I am earning 500 to 700 a day this way I can provide for our everyday food expenses.. My husband monthly remittance is only 20k it is alloted to pay all the bills, tuition fee and a little for our grocery. 

At first I feel nervous and skeptical to do this but I have to find and make all possible ways to solve my problem. If I dont break the silence and reach out nobody will know that I am in a worst situations and struggling that I badly need your help. This is regarding my Housing Loan in Pag Ibig Mutual Fund last week July 07, 2022, I received a final demand letter from Pag Ibig Mutual Fund (House Mortgage see photo) collection agency informing me that I need to pay the total principal amount  P213,394.50 or update my account by paying may accumulated arrears amounting to P146,984.80..If I fail to pay any of two options my house will be foreclosed..Its been almost 3years that I was not be able to pay my monthly dues. I sacrifice the lost of my job for my father and then pandemic comes that affected my husband work there are months that he cannot send money because of lockdown and his company temporarily closes. 

At that time we have no money we only eat the food from "ayuda" (rice,noodles,sardines and other can goods) distributed by LGU Barangay. It is very rough, too much trials, financial problems.

And now again today even if I sell 24 hours on my food cart, I cannot earn eirther of the two huge amount.. I cannot sleep, I dont know what to do, where I can get this huge amount to pay the mortgageI am praying and I am here begging, asking for your kind heart and hoping that If you could help me raise the fund I need , any amount will do its is a big help for my family your donation will save and recover our home!
