My name is Sofia, I'm 7 years old. I am a very happy girl who loves to play and spend time with my family. A few days ago I suffered an accident falling from a horse which caused a fracture of my right arm and clavicle, an injury to my right lung and inflammation of the brain. As a result of this I suffered a heart attack and there is a probability that it could happen again one or two more times.
My state of health is very delicate, so my family hereby asks for all the support that your heart can give me, as well as your prayers!
