I am a 26 years old transboy.
Everyday I take care of my 3 years old daughter and have a job as a pastry chef but sadly I don't have the money and the time for something highly important for me; a mastectomy/top surgery so I can finally can be comfortable with myself and my appearance.
Honestly it would make me completely happy, I'm already paying the hormonal treatment (Nebido) and my doctor said soon I'll be ready if I want a top surgery.
