I am Uno Maverick Duculan, 8 years old. I am from the Philippines. I was born with Congenital Heart Disease, Ventricular Septal Defect.
Since I was born, we regularly go for a check up. However, we cannot afford my operation because it is really expensive. The salary of my mother is just enough for our daily needs plus buying my maintenance medicines and for my regular medical laboratories to monitor my heart.
I am begging for any donations that you could share for us to raise fund for my open heart surgery operation.🙏
