I want to support my sister for her operation

My name is Gema Laguna, I am 22 years old and I have a sister in a wheelchair since she was 4 years old, since she has a disability called SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) type 2, this is a disease that she got from birth , which is genetic.

More or less 10 months ago apart from her diagnosis (SMA type 2), she was also diagnosed with scoliosis in her spine which has to be operated on because if it continues to curve it can press on an organ and stop working , so far this has not happened.

And now we need your support to be able to take her to her preoperative appointment in Mexico City at Shriners Mexico Hospital, since we have to travel from Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, she can no longer travel by bus since they are more 13 hours away and she can't sit for that long as it causes back pain.

Clearly a plane ticket and lodging are not cheap at all and my mother is a single mother and it is not enough to cover those expenses and my sister's father has not taken care of her since her first diagnosis, today I ask of your help to be able to take my sister to this and her next appointments.
