Black stones! The House of Dreams

Hello,

My name is Elena Domínguez-Bartley, for those of you who don't know me, I am a former dancer from the famous Dance Theater of Harlem, currently enjoying my not-so-new passion: Teaching Pilates around the world. p>

I know that many people approach this platform with all kinds of projects and also problems or emergencies. My best wishes to all of you. I am a compassionate person and when someone needs it, I try to help without hesitation.

This is the first time I have used Airfunding for a personal purpose and it is to help me fulfill my dream, a dream that I can now see Of course: the remodeling of my father's house in the small town of Piedras Negras, Veracruz.

This house is 3 generations old, it was given to my father, José Ángel Domínguez Quevedo, by my grandfather. Ángel Domínguez Lagunes.

After many years of living in Mexico City, my father and mother returned to live in this small town in the center of Veracruz. Unfortunately, my mother died 3 years ago and my father is a 92-year-old man who does not have the energy or the will to undertake such an endeavor.

My dream -with your help and good wishes- is to transform this poorly built house in an oasis to enjoy not only for our family but also for others, since the transformation will be in a health and wellness retreat based on the Ancestral and Toltec Wisdom

Recently with the experience of the loss of the people dearest to my heart and for as many reasons as the pandemic, so many thoughts and emotions were triggered that I wish I could share with all of you, but this led me to decide to treat my dreams as an emergency, not putting it off for when I have more time, or more money... Not anymore, I'm doing it here and now.

I'm asking you for a symbolic "GIFT" of $1 to $10, this will reaffirm my faith in people -not for the money that is symbolic - but showing me again that the e Empathy is still a very powerful force in the world. I want you to know that it is difficult to open to receive, so I open myself to the abundance of money and wishes of love as a symbol of what this house will represent for the community of this small town, as well as to honor my late mother who was always ready to help people and her ashes rest in a beautiful garden at the house.

And when it's done and done, and I know it will be soon, you can come and enjoy anything from a weekend holistic week of relaxation, even a week of healing and fun: a "Life Experience" vacation.

So, I humbly ask for your help to make my dream come true: to give my father some joy the time that remains, honor my mother and build a new destiny with Powers of healing for all.
