Help us fight hunger and suffering from our community

Hello,

My name is Ola, but you can call me Michael Tonne.

I am from Edo state, Nigeria. My father is one of the community leaders in Aboigbe. I work partially as his personal assistant and help him manage some issues with the community.

I live in Benin city and in a community called "Aboigbe"

Aboigbe is a rural/urban peaceful community but unfortunately it is also very poor, there are a lot of problems and issues arising in our community such as poverty, hunger bad roads and poor electricity supply, over the past few years we managed our lives but now that the country is in a very bad state, the people have been suffering and complaining a lot, the prices of food and commodity had skyrocketed, the peoples earnings and salary are barely enough to feed their family.

Then our roads are really bad and inaccessible, the government does not seem to even care about the issue

Our transformer is also having issues and needs repairs

So all that is why we need your help in raising $1,500 USD we need this money because it will help support our community during Christmas although the money we are raising won't be enough to help support our community for a long term, we just need the money for this Christmas period

We hope to receive our funds before the 25th of December, because this fundraising is for our community to enjoy a happy Christmas and when we do receive our funds, the money will be used to buy lots of food stuff such as bags of rice, groundnut oil, yam, indomie and so on and then distributed to everyone. and we will use the funds to repair our roads and the faulty transformer.

Thank you for helping our community so we can enjoy a splendid Christmas this year and I know it is not just Nigeria that is going through a hard time but the world is not in a good state right now, so we have to work together and support each other to get through these tough times and be happy.
