Pls help for gall bladder operation and staghorn calculi

Hello everyone,

My name is Alma wife of Ron.. were both 44 years of age.. were here in NICC hospital located in the Philippines since Oct 13, 2022 up to present.

I already confined my husband last Sept 26, 2022 up until Oct 1, 2022 because he can't walk. They diagnosed him for gouty arthritis and they recommend for rheumatologist, however while my husband is in the hospital they figured out that he’s losing blood and they have 5 bags blood transfusion. Doctor says there is an internal bleeding that they need to figure out but they mentioned that we need to transfer to a hospital with complete laboratory equipment.. they allow us to go home and gain some rest.. but while we're home we go for check up daily, have all appointment set up for rheumatologist and the rheumatologist requested for whole abdomen ultrasound, and left and right extremities ultrasound as well.. they also recommended kidney specialist because there might be a problem with his kidney, kidney doctor request for CT stonogram and figure out that there is a staghorn calculi on his kidney but they cannot perform operation directly to the kidney because they found out another problem on his bile duct. They said it is swollen and needs to remove his gall bladder because there are stones on the gallbladder and also it almost reaches to the liver, his liver became smaller and the gallbladder is not visible while they are doing the procedure.

The gall bladder specialist mentioned that it is rare that he can't see the gallbladder of my husband, he suggest to have another surgeon have those bile ducts drained to remove all the biles inside but the specialist who will drain the bile ducts mentioned that they cannot perform the procedure to drain because it needs large veins to put the tube but my husbands veins was too small so they can't do it.. finally there is another option they offered to totally undergo an open surgery.. and I was praying that they can do it very soon..

But I am seeking help with my expenses since my health card almost reach the maximum limit that they can cover so the hospital hold my health card account and ask me to pay in cash those coming procedures that will be needed and I need to pay for all the doctors fee.. I don't have such amount any more since were almost 1 month in the hospital and as an outpatient going back and forth.. any amount would be a big help for us..

I'm praying that they can schedule the operation procedure right away.. we miss our 21 months old baby.. I just ask help with my neighbor to look after her because his brother needs to work in order for us to have our daily meals and milk for his younger sister 😔😔😔.. praying for your kind help 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thanks to u all in advance..
