Assistance for newborn surgeries

Hello everyone,

We are a family from Puebla, Mexico.

We are a family from Puebla, Mexico almost 3 months ago our second son was born with complications such as bifida back (bad formation in the back called meningocele) and a colo-rectal problem (he was born without anal orifice with a fistula through which he goes to the bathroom and comes out through the testicles) the colo-rectal problem is complex because not in any hospital they have the material for these operations.

Our baby requires 4 operations which 1 is for the bifid back with a neurosurgeon and the other 3 with colorectal doctors who told us that these operations must be with rest times between them. These procedures are very expensive and urgent because the sooner they are performed the easier the recovery is. In addition to avoid the complications that will come when solid food is given.

Daily we practice cleaning by introducing a probe where we put saline solution and thus keep as clean as possible the fistula that makes the bathroom and avoid closing the same.

For this reason we go to ask for help to accelerate the process by which we must go through and try to be before 6 months or that their feeding requires more than just breast milk or formula.

We are not sure if the baby needs more than just breast milk or formula.
