He is my son, Shon Moereel, 9 years old weighing 17.5 kgs. He was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease - Ventricular Septal Defect with Patent Ductus Arteriosus when he was 6 months old.
Because of his untreated condition, there are many complications developed in his heart such as Coarctation of the Aorta and Heart enlargement. The doctor said that he needs to have an open heart surgery and right and left cardiac catheterization. One of his dreams is to have his heart heal so he can be able to run, walk farther, play more with kids and to do some physical activities.
We ask for your help to fund the said surgery for him to live longer and reach his dreams in life.
