Dear Ma'am and Sir,

I'm writing on behalf of my family and am Wilma Herrera from Cabuyao, Laguna.

My mom was given a cancer diagnosis the previous year. Last year, she underwent 6 chemotherapy sessions and 4 radiation therapy sessions. And just this Christmas, we had to take her to the hospital because she had low oxygen levels and extremely low blood pressure, which had left her in a dangerous state.

Her age is currently 72. Because of her advanced age and fragility, chemotherapy put her health in danger and caused several difficulties. She must go on dialysis in order for her creatinine to be in normal range, and she must also have a thoracentesis surgery to drain the fluid from her lungs. Since then, my two siblings have sacrificed their full-time jobs to help out our mom.

In addition to hospital stays, she needs 24-hour care, and we are having financial difficulties. I'm writing you today to ask for your help.

I respectfully ask for your financial assistance so that my mum can get this treatment. This medication may be able to save the life of my loving and hardworking mum. My younger brother, who has down syndrome, is constantly crying because he misses our mother so terribly. We would be extremely grateful for your donation because I am aware that your kind charity helps cancer sufferers.
